Employers will meet a diverse pool of candidates allowing for fast screening and the chance to discuss job openings\, while job seekers benefit from valuable one-on-one interaction with recruiters and can make a strong impression that goes beyond their resume. \n\nJob fairs bridge the gap between hiring employers and job seekers by creating a space for personal interactions that exceeds the limitations of online applications. \n\nTVCC job fairs typically attract 500+ job seekers and 50 vendors\, making this an ideal venue for recruiters to engage with top talent across experience levels from entry-level to mid-career to advanced professionals.
