Mario Alioto, CEO, Catholic Charities
Mario Alioto, former Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the San Francisco Giants, became Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Charities East Bay in January 2025, where he now leads the agency’s strategy, operations, fundraising, and community impact. During his 50‑year career with the Giants, he oversaw major revenue, marketing, and fan‑experience initiatives, including record‑setting sponsorships and iconic events at Oracle Park. A longtime Bay Area leader, he also serves as Chairman of the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame and lives in Alamo with his family.





Sharon Jenkins, Government Affairs, John Muir Health
Sharon Quesada Jenkins is the Director of Government Affairs and External Relations for John Muir Health, bringing over 20 years of experience building relationships with government leaders, employers, service organizations, and health plans. She serves on multiple regional boards, including the East Bay Economic Development Alliance and the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, and has been appointed to several major civic committees such as the Measure X Advisory Board and the Concord Naval Weapons Station Blue Ribbon Committee. A fourth‑generation Californian, she lives in Concord with her family and remains actively involved in local leadership programs and John Muir Health’s Latino Caucus.

Dr. Dyrell Foster. College President, Las Positas College
Dr. Dyrell Foster has served as President of Las Positas College for more than six years, leading with a student‑first commitment to access, equity, retention, and completion. A first‑generation college graduate, he is known for building strong partnerships and advancing innovative, evidence‑based strategies that strengthen equitable student success and the Tri‑Valley workforce pipeline. He holds degrees from UC Davis, CSU Long Beach, and USC, where he earned his Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration.

William McDonald, Fire Chief, Alameda County Fire Department
Willie McDonald is a veteran fire service leader whose 40‑plus‑year career includes serving as Fire Chief in Foster City, San Mateo, Fremont, Scottsdale, San Jose, and Las Vegas. He is recognized for major organizational achievements, including building Scottsdale’s municipal Fire Department from the ground up and leading San Jose’s 790‑member department in one of the nation’s largest cities. Appointed in 2020, he now serves as Fire Chief of the Alameda County Fire Department, supported by executive training from the National Fire Academy, Harvard University, and Arizona State University.
