He leads multiple Hana Japan Steak House locations, bringing a hands-on, team-centered approach to hospitality and business. A first-generation immigrant, Jong’s leadership is shaped by discipline, humility, and cultural pride. His journey—from professional golf to law to entrepreneurship—drives his commitment to building up small businesses and giving back to the Dublin community.
