Sneha Lundia, Step2Growth

Sneha is an AI‑driven marketing consultant, SBDC counselor, and solopreneur who helps service‑based small businesses thrive. Her career began in software engineering, progressed through business analysis, and ultimately led her to entrepreneurship, where she discovered her passion for marketing. With more than six years running a marketing agency and supporting over 600 clients, she understands how overwhelming marketing can feel for business owners and has built systems and AI‑powered tools that remove the guesswork and deliver clear, measurable results.

Bhaskaran Devaraj, AskNio

Bhaskaran "Bhaski" Devaraj is the founder and CEO of AskNio, an AI voice assistant for specialty retail. AskNio works alongside store teams, answering customer questions in the aisle so staff can focus on the bigger conversations. Before founding AskNio, Bhaski spent 15 years at LinkedIn, most recently as Senior Director of Software Engineering. He holds an M.S. from Oklahoma State University and completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Bhaski lives in Dublin and works directly with local specialty retailers.
