Transportation Sales Tax - Regional transportation sales tax measure for the San Francisco Bay Area will go before voters in November 2026. If approved, it will add a 0.5% sales tax in Alameda, Contra Costa.

Proposition 41 - (Audit) Require state laws or ballot initiatives levying a new special tax enacted after January 1, 2026 to require the government entities or departments receiving revenue from the new tax to eliminate their lowest-performing programs and reinvest those savings in higher-performing programs.
