The Economic Development Committee convenes Dublin business leaders who are interested in the economic viability of Dublin and the greater Tri-Valley area. The committee leads the Chamber's advocacy efforts on local public policy priorities.
August 2026 Meeting
Proposition 43 - This amendment to require a two-thirds vote by the electorate to enact, extend, or increase local special tax initiatives and prohibit local jurisdictions and ballot initiatives from enacting ad valorem property taxes, except for voter-approved bond debt-service taxes authorized elsewhere in the state constitution.

Transportation Sales Tax - Regional transportation sales tax measure for the San Francisco Bay Area will go before voters in November 2026. If approved, it will add a 0.5% sales tax in Alameda, Contra Costa
