Passenger Services Representative (PSR) works under the direction of the Passenger Services Lead. PSR maintains the ability to perform duties in Customer Service, Onboard Passenger Services, and in Operations Monitoring Center. PSR will fill in for staff when there is a temporary vacancy and receive and/or provide general backup support as needed. The PSR shifts vary greatly and coincide with the train schedule.
