DSRSD Launches New Website

Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) is proud to announce the launch of its new website, designed to make it easier for customers to quickly find information and access services.  

The newly-designed website features a modern and simplified design, as well as updated content. Key highlights of the new website include: 

• Targeted Navigation: The website is structured to serve different DSRSD customer types (residential, businesses, contractors. Data from the agency’s previous website helped determine what content to prioritize on the homepage. 

• Enhanced Accessibility: The new website meets higher accessibility standards set forth under the updated Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, it features a translation button for several languages spoken by DSRSD customers. 

• Improved Mobile Experience: With one in three website visitors accessing DSRSD’s website from a phone or tablet, the new website uses a responsive layout that adapts to any device, providing a seamless experience for all visitors. 

“Our website is often the first place DSRSD customers go for information,” said Jan Lee, DSRSD General Manager. “This upgrade makes it easier for customers to connect with us and find what they need quickly.” 

The website upgrade supports DSRSD’s mission to provide reliable water and wastewater services and aligns with the District’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan focus on customer service and community engagement.
