Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) is pleased to introduce two new members of its senior management team: Assistant General Manager Jon Wunderlich and Finance Director Jayden Sangha. “I am excited to welcome both Jon Wunderlich and Jayden Sangha to DSRSD,” says DSRSD General Manager Jan Lee. “Their collective experience and dedication will be tremendous assets to the District.”
Assistant General Manager Jon Wunderlich joins DSRSD with more than 20 years of experience in public sector finance and administration. He has a strong background in utilities, most recently serving as the Director of Finance & Administration for the Alameda County Water District. During his career, Wunderlich has directed complex financial analyses, guided major policy and rate-setting efforts, and overseen customer service, human resources, information technology, legislative, and other administrative functions. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Brigham Young University.
“Jon’s extensive experience overseeing financial and administrative operations, deep understanding of utilities, and forward-thinking approach will help the District navigate the many challenges and opportunities ahead for our industry,” notes Lee. At DSRSD, Wunderlich will support the General Manager and oversee the Finance and Administrative Services Departments.
New Finance Director Jayden Sangha also brings a wealth of leadership experience in public finance, including roles in transportation agencies, local government, and utilities. Most recently, Sangha served as Controller for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, where he managed a $640 million operating budget and helped guide a multi-billion-dollar capital investment plan. Sangha holds a Masters in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelors in Analytical Finance from California State University.
Lee highlighted Jayden’s track record of disciplined, strategic financial management, stating, “Jayden’s leadership will strengthen the District’s long‑term planning and support our commitment to providing reliable, cost‑effective services to the community.” At DSRSD, Sangha will lead the Finance, Accounting, and Utility Billing Customer Service divisions.
The arrival of Wunderlich and Sangha is precipitated by the retirements of Michelle Gallardo, Administrative Services Director, and Ken Spray, Finance Director. During her more than 20-year career at DSRSD, Gallardo provided vital organizational stability in multiple leadership roles. Spray served as the District’s Interim Finance Director for the past two years, guided the Finance Department through a period of transition, and contributed significantly to advancing key District initiatives. He retired at the end of March after a 40-year career in public utilities.
