Las Positas College Announces 2026 Career-Focused Summer Camps for Teens

Las Positas College announced today its 2026 summer camp lineup, featuring hands-on Career Technical Education (CTE) programs designed to help middle and high school students explore career paths, build practical skills, and experience college-level learning firsthand.

Open to students ages 12–18, the summer camps run throughout the season and offer immersive experiences across a range of disciplines, including automotive technology, animation and design, public safety, journalism, music, interior design, and STEM-related fields. Each camp is designed to give students meaningful exposure to real-world tools, techniques, and creative processes.

Unlike traditional enrichment programs, LPC’s summer camps emphasize learning by doing. Students work in small groups alongside experienced instructors and faculty who bring industry knowledge and a passion for teaching young learners. Camps focus on practical skills, creative problem-solving, and collaboration, all in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
