Water Efficient Landscape Conversion: Rebate Rates Have Now Doubled!

That's right, you heard correctly! As of this week, the new rebate rate amounts are officially live, making it easier than ever to create a beautiful, water-wise landscape. 

Thirsty lawns are a thing of the past! Converting to a water-wise masterpiece is an impactful thing you can do for water conservation at home. It saves thousands of gallons annually and enhances your property's curb appeal (not to mention the added money you’ll save on your water bill!). Now, we're giving you bigger incentives to make the switch!

We've increased the payout for our Water Efficient Landscape Conversion Rebate and made the caps significantly higher:

Now get TWO dollars per square foot on an eligible landscape conversion!

• Residential Cap (both multi-family and single-family residential)
  • $2 per sq ft. up to $3,000
• Commercial Properties (including industrial, institutional, and HOA common areas)
  • $2 per sq ft. up to $20,000
