Eligible Alameda County Middle and High School Students Invited to Apply for Free Transit Passes
More than 2 Million Free Bus Rides Taken in 2024-2025 School Year The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) along with partner agencies the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit), Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (Wheels) and Union City Transit is excited to announce the 11th year of the Student Transit Pass Program (STPP), offering eligible 6th–12th grade students across Alameda County unlimited free bus rides and discounted Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) fares.
