Mr. Jerry Hunt is the CEO or 300 Venture Group, a privately held real estate investment, development, management and advisory company and has been active in the local real estate industry for over 30 years. Their lastest Dublin project is development of the BASIS Independent School which will be located at the former Corrie Center in Downtown Dublin.  BASIS is an elite libral arts and sciences school which is schedueld to open September 2026.  Mr. Hunt will discuss BASIS, the development process and the future of Downtown Dublin. In his career, Mr. Hunt has acquired and/or leased over 7.5 million square feet representing over $2 billion in asset value, and influenced several Bay Area markets with high-profile development projects.
