ERIC PORTNOFF Regional Director of Wellness Programming Eric brings over 30 years of expertise in supporting individuals with cognitive differences. His roles have included pioneering memory care programs in China, leading senior living communities, and serving as a passionate advocate for dementia care. He has also been a Certified Validation Teacher since 2014. Eric's engaging, person‑centered approach ensures that each session is practical, insightful, and uplifting.
