Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
Every December, our Office completes the Alameda County Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), a detailed summary of the County’s financial position based on an independent audit. The latest ACFR, covering the fiscal year from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, received a “clean” opinion—the highest assurance from the external auditor.
The ACFR provides insights into how County funds are managed to support critical services like public protection, social services, health care, infrastructure, and cultural programs.
