About the Opportunity:

Situated in the heart of Dublin, Par 5 Golfing is a golf retail, training, and entertainment facility carrying major golf equipment brands and a state-of-the-art golf simulator and event facility. We have five-star customer reviews. This opportunity is for San Francisco East Bay only. Par 5 is looking for local business enthusiasts and entrepreneurs willing to leap from being an employee to becoming self-employed in the golf business without a huge investment. While we can start offering custom fittings and re-gripping services ourselves or hire employees to do it, we decided to outsource it to someone who would like to run it as their own small business within an established business. We currently have two vacant sections within our facility, and our Foresight GCQuad simulator, we would like to leverage for fittings and gripping services. We are looking to sublet those to same or different parties to take on those two services and run it as an attached business. So you get to jump start and leverage our highly visible business location surrounded by lots of golf courses and golfer community,

We already have growing traction through golfers who step in for retail, simulator use, and lessons. Additionally, you can bring your own clientele. This is a perfectly complementary business model.

Expected Role 1:

• Provide a full range of custom fittings services to existing and new clients up to advanced levels

• Partner with local golf courses and teams and other golfers for custom-fittings services

• Leverage our existing simulator facility and accounts Mizuno, Cobra, Evnroll, and Bettinardi for fittings as well as extend it beyond the above brands,

Expected Role 2:

• Provide a full range of re-gripping services to existing and new clients

• Partner with local golf courses and teams and other golfers for gripping services

• Leverage our existing gripping machine, and Golf Pride, Lamkin, Winn, and Super Stroke grip accounts.
