Mr. Ulescu is a veteran IT and IS professional with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, having held leadership roles at leading high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley and Canada. He specializes in integrating engineering, tech support, and business strategy to spearhead high-impact projects within Fortune 100 and 500 environments. A champion of innovation, Mr. Ulescu has successfully implemented cutting-edge technologies including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to drive competitive advantage. His leadership has resulted in the development of new emerging products and automated services, enhancing both customer experiences and internal operations.

For over two decades, I’ve proudly called Dublin home, where my husband and I raised our children who all graduated from Dublin High School. As a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional that has served the Bay Area for more than 20 years, I have guided many families through homeownership while fostering strong community relationships through strategic leadership, collaboration, and service.
Fully and heartfully invested in the welfare of Dublin, I’m passionate about giving back, supporting local businesses and making a positive impact through service. Over the years I have held leadership positions, as President of the Parent Faculty Club at Fallon Middle School and as an Ambassador for Sereno 1% for Good Charitable Foundation, where I promoted initiatives that empowered community engagement, delivered charitable resources and supported meaningful growth within the organizations.
